Tareas semana 11 - 15 mayo (6º)

Hello everyone!

We are finishing Unit 5... and today we are singing a song and doing review activities😉, on your books, pages 57 and 58.

• Page 57, activities 1 to 5:

1. Watch the video (la canción se titula "Who lost a scarf?", es decir, ¿quién perdió una bufanda?)

2. Answer the question: What was Fred doing on Friday afternoon? (si lo necesitas, puedes leerlo en el texto de la canción)

3. Listen to the song and follow the text. Deberás seguir el texto con atención a ala vez que la escuchas por lo menos dos veces. Si hay algo que no puedes entender, puedes buscar en Wordreference. Aparecen pasados irregulares como LEFT (leave, dejar), LOST (loose, perder) y WAS (to Be, ser/estar).

4. Listen and repeat (pronunciación de la /S/ a principio de palabra).

5. Listen and repeat the tonguetwister (ya sabéis, el trabalenguas que cada vez intentaremos decir mejor y más rápido).

• Page 58, activities 1 to 4:

1. Listen to Daisy and her friends. Which 4 activities do they mention? (Elige las 4 que escuches).

2. Listen again. Answer the questions.

3. Look at the pictures. Make 4 questions and answers. Hay varios sujetos: the boy, the girl, the boys, the girls (en el ejemplo ya tienes hecha una, la del grupo de girls and boys)

4. Read and say the sentences in the Past Continuous. Es decir, que deberás cambiar el verbo To Be que aparece en presente, a la forma correspondiente del pasado, es decir, WAS o WERE. Te pongo la primera de ejemplo: I was watching a pirate film → I WAS watching a pirate film.
